We know that having a stranger in your home can be worrying that’s why we do everything possible we can to ensure that we select the carer we think will be right one for you to suit your situation. Our team will always visit you in your home so that we understand your needs and work with you or relatives on the your care plan. We use this information to help ensure compatibility between you and your carer.

Round the Clock Service

We can provide round the clock service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 days a year.

We can we provide 7 nights a week care and can provide waking carers or sleep in carers.

Personal Care

Our services are designed to meet the needs of those who require assistance and or support to continue living in their homes and communities. We offer a client-centred service that is tailored to meet the individual client’s needs.

Depending on your needs, our services could range from half an hour to as long as is necessary. We can provide you with day or night sitting service, giving the assurance and peace of mind during the day or night. In the event that you are in need of Emergency Assistance and you need you urgently need carer at your home we can provide you with a carer who is able to meet your needs at short notice.

Domestic Care

We know that some members of our community require a little help for them to remain independent in the comfort of their homes. At Complete Quality Care we can help you with some of your domestic tasks and help make that little difference that matter to your life and independent living. That could be preparing food, shopping or supporting to complete their shoppings, house cleaning, making or changing bed, assisting with your laundry, assisting with medical appointments, walking the dog, tidying the garden, looking after children, seeing to medication and lots more...

We are here to help you retain your independence and the quality of life that you are used to and ensuring each individual is living a safe and healthy life. No job is too small or too big.

Adults with Disabilities

We have staff who are specialists in working with adults who may have visual, physical or generic disabilities (such as downs syndrome, multiple sclerosis). We cater for a wide-range of disabilities at all levels.

Care Home Backup

We provide care staff to established care homes to cover holidays & sickness or any other requirement that is needed.

Holiday Support

We can cover holiday/respite in the clients own homes or holiday accomodation
